It’s great to have another variation for the kids breakfast, especially one that has some “added” benefits.
- Rolled oats
- Stewed fruit – pears, apples
#Rolled oats – cook the amount you want as per instructions on side of the packet.
#A variety of stewed fruit – I’m using apples & pears but in summer you can use peaches, apricots.
#Prunes – boil up and squeeze all the juice out or puree up.
#Take all the above ingredients then blend together. I then freeze it in ice cube trays. It takes about 20 mins.
