Fruit skewers

Ingredients

  • Two popsicle (icy pole) sticks
  • Variety of summer fruits

Instructions

  1. Just get two icy pole sticks and layer your child’s favourite fruits on them.
  2. I use rock melon, water melon and kiwi fruit as the colours look great.
  3. You can drizzle with chocolate or yoghurt if desired.
