How do I enter the promotion?
  1. BUY: purchase any eligible HUGGIES® Nappies, HUGGIES® Nappy-Pants or HUGGIES® Baby Wipes within the promotional period, and retain your receipt.
  2. COLLECT: Sign up or Log in to the HUGGIES® Baby Club and upload a photo of your receipt and details of your purchase. We will validate the stars you have claimed by manually checking your receipt.
  3. REDEEM: Once you have collected enough stars, you can redeem your choice of two out of three selected Fisher Price® Smart Stages™ toys. Please note that a maximum of two toys per household applies.
How long does the promotion run for?

The promotion runs from 31 July 2015 at 9:00am AEST to 30 November 2015 at midnight AEDST, or when all Rewards have been redeemed (whichever is earlier). All participating products must be purchased within this period.

When can I claim?

Claims can be made at any time from 31 July 2015 at 9:00am AEST to 7 December 2015 at midnight AEDST. Products must have been purchased between 31 July 2015 and 30 November 2015 to qualify.

When can I redeem?

Who can enter this promotion?

HUGGIES® Club members who are residents of Australia are eligible to enter this promotion only.

Do I have to join the HUGGIES® Baby Club to participate? If so can I opt out later?

Yes, any participant who is not already a HUGGIES® Club Member will be required to join the club in order to participate. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The promotion can only be accessed via a desktop computer, tablet or smartphone. If you don’t have access to any of these, you will be unable to participate in this promotion.

Why do I need to upload a receipt?

Your receipt is used to prove that your claim is valid, and is checked against the information provided in the claim form. This way, we can be sure that everyone claiming stars is buying participating HUGGIES® Products, from eligible stores, within the promotional period. We also require the receipt to ensure that it is only used once to claim stars.

What if I have lost my receipt?

Unfortunately, we will be unable to reward you with stars. Your receipt is the best way to ensure fairness for all participants, as it confirms that you have bought participating HUGGIES® Products, from eligible stores, within the promotional period. So please, look after those receipts!

Do I need to retain my physical receipt even after I have taken a picture and uploaded it?

Yes. While we are unlikely to contact you in order for you to provide us with a physical receipt, in some circumstances it is possible that we may need to. So please hold on to your physical receipts even after you’ve claimed stars successfully online.

What does the image of my receipt need to show?

Your receipt needs to clearly show:

  • The name and address of the store
  • Receipt number
  • Time and date of purchase
  • Details of each HUGGIES® Product on that receipt

How do I find my receipt number?

Receipt number placements vary with each retailer, so they can be a little tricky to find. They can sometimes be referred to as 'docket' or 'transaction' numbers, and in other instances they're not referred to by any title at all. See below for examples of where to find receipt numbers for some of the more popular retailers.

What if my receipt is too long to fit into one photo, or if I have more than one participating product on my receipt?

If your receipt is longer than 15cm, you will need to fold it so that the following information is visible when you take the photo: the participating HUGGIES® Product(s), store name, store address , receipt number and time & date of purchase. What if I can’t find the barcode on my receipt?

As each retailer has a different format for their receipts, we recommend looking on the external packaging of your HUGGIES® Product to find the barcode. It’s generally located on the back of the pack for bags, and on the side or base for boxes.

Is there a recommended file size for my receipt photo?

The maximum file size is 5MB, and high resolution (300dpi) is better so that we can see all relevant information quickly and clearly.

What types of files do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPG, GIF, PDF, BMP & TIFF files.

What if I don’t have a smartphone to take a photo of my receipt?

If you don’t have a smartphone, you can take a photo of your receipt with a digital camera, upload the photo to your desktop computer and enter that way. Another option is to scan an image of your receipt using a scanner and upload the image in the same way.

What if I have an online receipt?

If you have an online receipt, it is easiest to save it as a PDF and upload as an attachment. You could also print it, take a photo of it and upload as per a normal receipt.

The email I received says that there are no valid products on my receipt?

Valid products include HUGGIES® Nappies, HUGGIES® Nappy-Pants and HUGGIES® Baby Wipes. If one of these products is on your receipt, please check that your photo was in focus and that the HUGGIES product you purchased was clearly visible. Stars can be claimed by going online to huggies.com.au/rewards, and selecting the Claim Stars tab. You will need to supply the following information: date of purchase, name of store, receipt number, a photo of your receipt and the product barcode & quantity. If you’ve purchased more than one product on a single receipt, you can submit details for all those purchases in a single claim. If you’ve purchased products across multiple receipts, you will need to submit a different claim for each receipt. Once submitted, your stars will be marked as pending until we can confirm your claim. Your stars will be validated within 5 working days, and will then show in the My Stars count when you’re logged into huggies.com.au/rewards.

Can I make multiple claims at the same time?

How long will I have to wait for my stars to be validated?

To ensure fairness, we have a real person manually checking that each receipt matches the information provided – and this takes time. It may take up to 5 working days to verify your receipt/s and validate your stars. As soon as your claim is validated, you will receive confirmation via e-mail.

What are pending stars?

While your stars are in the process of being validated, they will be shown as pending stars. These are separate to the overall My Stars count.

I claimed my stars but didn’t get a confirmation email?

You should receive a confirmation email within minutes of submitting your claim. If this doesn’t happen, please confirm the email address you have used to register for the HUGGIES® Baby Club. We also recommend that you check your junk email folder. If you do not receive an email within 20 minutes, please email

How much is a star worth in terms of money?

Stars don’t have any monetary value. They can only be exchanged for Fisher-Price® toys during the claim period

Can I transfer my stars to someone else’s account?

No. The stars you claim can only be used to redeem rewards in your account.

What happens to my stars at the end of the offer?

Any stars that remain in your account at the end of the claim period will be forfeited.

Why do I have to pay $9.95 Postage & Handling?

The Postage & Handling fee covers the cost required to send each reward out to the requested address.

If I order 2 toys at the same time, why do I have to pay Postage & Handling twice?

Each reward is handled and processed differently in our warehouse, and is sent out in its own box. This means that you are likely to receive your toys on two separate occasions.

How will I identify the $9.95 Postage & Handling charge on my statement?

This fee will be displayed as “HUGGIES® CLUB” on your credit card statement.

When will my toys be delivered?

Please allow approximately 28 days from the time you redeem your reward. To check on the status of your delivery please refer to the tracking code you received in your confirmation e-mail.

Why was only one of my toys delivered, when I ordered two?

Each reward is handled and processed differently in our warehouse, and is sent out in its own box. This means that you are likely to receive your toys on two separate occasions. To find out where the second toy is, log in at huggies.com.au/rewards and check your Status page. If your toy has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number on this page to help you trace the whereabouts of your order.

Why can’t you deliver to a PO box address?

The Fisher-Price toys are valuable, so our courier will need somebody to sign for each delivery, which isn’t possible with a PO box.

What happens if I’m not home to accept the delivery?

The courier will leave a calling card in your letterbox. On that card they will confirm the name and contact details of the local post office where your delivery is being held. The note will give you a timeframe for collection, and you will need to sign when you arrive to pick up your parcel.

What if my toy is faulty or broken when I receive it?

If there is fault with your toy when you receive it, please contact us at rewards@huggies.com.au with the details of the issue, and we will endeavor to respond to you within 48 hours.
