I don`t like dairy products, but I`m worried about calcium levels

hi alex...
i am 25 weeks pregnant. this is my second pregnancy.and my daughter is 2.5 yrs old..my last pregnancy was fine..but this time i had severe nausea which had gone one month back...but i still dont like milk,butter and dairy products so far..i do eat fruits and veges,nuts,sometimes biscuits or cake...but i know it can raise sugar level...worried abt calcium source?is that enough for me and the baby?

Answer: Hi Faiza, You will need to try to add calcium to your diet so try a small amount of cheese with a cracker which may be more palatable. You really don`t need much but some is good. Best wishes, Alex
