she will only be older by a few weeks. its not like she would be 3 or 4 months older. if she had been born 3 weeks later she would have to be held be reguardless.

i bath my DD in salt water. the salt seems to ease the stinging. my local chemist also makes his own nappy rash cream, maybe ask your chemist if they make one? good luck
