just a quick question, why did YOU choose the Huggies website? and if you use other parenting forums which is your favourite and why? i love the Huggies forum because it seems to be the only forum that actually has more intellectual topics compared to useless ones, the help from the other mummies on here is always some of the best and there is rarely any bitchiness or unkindness. parenting help at its best in my opinion

Hi, I have a 7.5 month old bub, who from around 6 weeks has been sleeping through the night. But since Christmas Eve, he has been waking during the night and it has been getting progressively worse since! It began with unsettled waking, which we could handle with either letting him put himself back to sleep or going in to give him a brief hug and he would go back to sleep. But it has now gotten out of control with one or two sessions of waking during the night that can last up to 4 hours!! Sometimes a hug will settle him and I can put him back down awake and he will put himself back to sleep, while other times I will try rocking him to sleep, feeding him (which he usually isn't hungry) or even tried laying him in our bed... I have followed tizzies routines for about 4/5 months with success, but nothing in the book explains this one! He has been able to self settle since around 6 weeks, so even with the changes in sleep cycles that apparently happen after 5 months, I'...

Hi there, My 7 month old was fantastic when going down for a sleep but the last week he has started to protest all the time. Is anyone else experiencing this change at this age??? Any advice etc would be great. Also I have started to sleeps a day does he need more????

Have your kids every asked you this and how did you answer. My older two who are 8 and 7 asked me how the baby gets out, lucky I have c sections so that was easy to answer! My bub just went down for a nap and I flicked to the home and health chanel on foxtel and deliver me marathon is on, I love that show, so I made myself some popcorn and got cosy, and my 8 year old daughter came and sat down with me. I didn't know if It was appropriate to leave on or not, so I told her this show was all about babies being born and she seems happy to stay so I guess it will be some what educating for her!

Hi all i have a question which has probs been asked too many times but anyway.. what are some fun/interesting baby shower games?

Hi ladies, Went for an ultrasound today. All excited as I am bloated as hell and secretly hoping there are twins lol. Im 7 weeks 6 days, and have a backwards uterus, so seeing much by a normal ultrasound is tough in the early days. So i wasnt real worried when the lady couldnt see much. So we went with an internal! After 10 mins of looking around and a zillion questions she tells me she doesnt beleive I am pregnant!!! I was stunned!!! Anyway, after the initail WTF? I decided yes, I bloody am dont tell me I'm not and headed for a chemist. I grabbed the expensive clear blue digital, took home and sure enough YES I bloody am, it says 2-3 weeks. Phew, Made DH brighten up a bit. Because thursday is golf day for my doc I cant see him till friday morning! I am preg, got all the symptoms and FGS it is my 4th, I should know. So my question ladies is, have you been in this situation and actually been preg? Im not stressing, I know I am, just need reassurance. TIA xx

My neighbour told me about this today because I was complaining about my 5 month old just always needing to burn and having trouble getting them up all at once.
