Oh no!!! Sorry to hear that.
I had sciatic pain in my first pregnancy. Have you tried swimming? My gp suggested that to me as it takes all the pressure of your spine and allows you to strengthen the supporting muscles. Most importantly don't stop moving even though that what you want to do otherwise it gets worse.
Other than that I only took panadol. My GP said I could take endone if it was super bad but only one or two doses and only if absolutely necessary. It slowly improved by itself and completely disappeared after I had my son.
