I thought it might be a good idea if there was a thread where we could give each other a bit of support.
I've started it today and I'm not a tea drinker, but surprisingly, it's not too bad. I do like peppermint, so I think that helps to make it taste a bit better.
I have once tasted red tea and it was good but for weight loss, I will prefer green tea. To be honest I was a obese person and till today I have lost over 10 kgs of my weight just by drinking green tea, by doing walking, Ventouse Anti-cellulite and by avoiding rice.
