haemorhoids Rss

ok, I know this isn't a fun topic, but I need some advice.
I developed the dreaded things (haemorhoids) while giving birth to my first child. Haven't had any problems until now. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and they've come back with a vengeance. I'm soooooo uncomfortable. Does anyone know anything that will relieve the pain (apart from ice packs which are a bit hard to use discreetly at work)? Is there anything I can do? I'm not constipated (sorry tmi I know) I think it's just the pressure of the baby. Any advice most welcome.

go to the chemist and get some haemmorhoid cream. i used it when pregnant with ds and will use it again if needed, it helps to shrink them and it also helps numb the pain i think it's called rectinol which you can apply when you go to the toilet and it's not expensive either

good luck

i swear by proctocedyl (sp?) it has a numbing agent in it, and works really well.
