My GP suggested that I get some of this, to support what will become all my loose organs sloshing around in my post-pregnancy body... this baby is BIG, and I am usually quite petite. Has anyone used maternity girdles/belts for this purpose and can recommend any?
Postpartum support underwear - anyone tried it?
I wear pregnancy support shorts at the moment for SPD, and will be changing to the recovery ones after birth. The ones I use are SRC and are fairly expensive, but given I have a fairly severe issue I was happy to pay the $189. I wouldn't pay that sort of money if there wasn't an actual issue though, I didn't use anything with my first and was fine, deffinitely no 'sloshing' laugh I guess it depends which ones at which price are recommended. Are you doing shared care, or do you have a midwife or OB to ask? If you are happy with that sort of price the SRC ones are well regarded.
I will be buying the SRC after birth pants because my tummy muscles wernt toether still after 13mths after the birth of my last kid. So i have started this pregnancy with seperated muscles.
Thanks gals - I am doing shared care, so i will suss out the midwife at the next appointment. My GP is a slightly built mother of 3. I think that I would have to experience major wave action before paying $189 at this point in time!
I recommend exlura 3 in 1 postpartum support, which with safety certificate than others product. It really good to keep body shape better. You can try it.

Lucken, how soon did you start postpartum?
I've had three kids so far and after birth have tried everything from your everyday shorts, swimming costumes to girdles and those wire-bone corsets. In my view, the best type of postpartum underwear is the postpartum belly wraps (like this one:https://mombible.com/pregnancy/maternity/best-p...). They are made from elastic and although they aren't the most comfortable things, really make you feel supported.
I also like the maternity lines offered by Mother and Baby and see no reason why you can't go onto using them after birth too.

I agree with the belly wraps being the best thing I've tried, but I still get pretty uncomfortable in them.
