c-section Rss

No I haven't experienced that scenario. I guess it comes down to how much you trust your care provider. Have you considered getting a second opinion? How well do you understand your baby's condition? (or whatever reason the c/s is being suggested for)
I guess it comes down to you finding out all your options, discussing them with your lmc and weighing them up. It may not be what you ideally want but you can still make a plan for what you would like to happen if you do need a c/s.

There is a mum on here who wasn't able to v/b but her last c/s was an incredible experience. She requested that the cord be left till it stopped pulsing, that baby be put on her chest straight away etc so as similar to a v/b as possible. If a c/s is required have a chat to your OB about going as natural as they possibly can given the circumstances smile

Good luck, I hope all goes well.
