Answer: Hi, This really depends on what your maternity care provider says. They know you and your pregnancy course and how you as an individual are. There is thought to be a risk with taking raspberry leaf tablets and the onset of labour. If you have had any complications with your pregnancy or threatened premature labour with previously then it's not advisable. But many women do take them without any ill-effects. It really depends on the individual woman, her pregnancy and baby. Best Jane
