I am pregnant with twins and I have been told that I more then likely will have to have a ceserean to give birth and Im just wanting to get together as much info as possible

Answer: Hi, There is an increased chance of you having a casarean birth but that is not definite. A caesarean is an operation where the baby is cut out of your uterus. You may find that you may have soem pain where the incision is for around 4 - 6 weeks. If the casarean is planned you most likely will be able to stay awake and have an epidural anaesthetic so that you can see your babies when they are born. Please talk to your midwife and ask as many questions as you can so that you are well prepared. Best wishes, Alex
