Wanting Vaginal birth but unsure of risks for me and baby..HELP PLS!!

I've recently found out Im pregnant and already have 3 beautiful children.. What I want to ask is with my 1st child the umbilical cord detached from my son 6wks prior to me having him at 38wks via emergency csar, and with my 2 kids that followed dr's took precautions just incase it happened again, so Ive had 3 c'sars. This time I REALLY want to try normal labour because I want to experience it all.. what are the chances me having a normal vaginal birth will be okay for both me and baby? My second two pregnancies were pretty normal with no problems, so is it wise for me to try????

Sarah...
Answer: Hi, It may be very difficult for you to find a practitioner who is willing to try for a vaginal birth with 3 previous caesareans. You need to talk to your GP and midwife in your area about the possibility of trying. It is good to start talking early so that you know what lies ahead. Remeber it is possible. Best wishes, Alex
